Wellness Billing was established in 2016 by Joanna Nalle with a core focus on acupuncture billing services. Over the years, we have expanded into a comprehensive multi-specialty medical billing company, providing billing, credentialing, and contracting services for Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech Therapy (SP), Medical Doctors (MD), Optometry and Vision Care (OD), Dental, Naturopathic (ND), Chiropractic (DC), Acupuncture (LAc), and Massage Therapy (MT) clinics. Our growth reflects our commitment to supporting integrative and conventional healthcare practices with reliable, expert billing solutions.
Know the Owner: Joanna studied at Oregon College of Oriental Medicine and graduated in 2015. After graduation she found that many providers struggled with maintaining good business practices while giving top care to their patients. Joanna wanted to better support the providers and the patients by helping clinics establish healthy business structures with a healthy cash flow. Joanna's dream is to ease the pain and frustration of business for the providers along with easing the frustration of medical claims for the patients.
