Wellness Billing
Wellness Billing was established in 2016 by Joanna Nalle with a focus in acupuncture billing services. Through the years we have expanded to offering medical billing services and credentialing/contracting services for acupuncture, chiropractic, naturopath, massage therapy, behavior health, and physical therapy.
Know the Owner: Joanna studied at Oregon College of Oriental Medicine and graduated in 2015. After graduation she found that many providers struggled with maintaining good business practices while giving top care to their patients. Joanna wanted to better support the providers and the patients by helping clinics establish healthy business structures with a healthy cash flow. Joanna's dream is to ease the pain and frustration of business for the providers along with easing the frustration of medical claims for the patients.
